Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
We will never knowingly disappoint you and returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt for credit, exchange or refund.
If your shipment was damaged in transit, please have the carrier document the damage, on the freight bill, before you sign it. The carrier is responsible for all damages incurred during transit and all claims that occurred during transit must be made to the carrier. Croc Couture is not responsible for damages incurred during transit.
Items must be in new, unused, original condition, re-packaged in their original boxes.
All returns must have a RA (return authorization) number provided by customer service, support@Croc-Couture.com or call 352-341-0307 Tues-Fri (10-5 EST).
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Custom items, special order products or products that have been personalized may not be returned or exchanged.
Please allow two weeks to process your return.
Please note that we can only process returns purchased from our on-line store. For in-store purchases our policy is the same however items must be returned to the store along with your original sales receipt.
Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. For your protection we recommend that you ship via UPS, FedEx, and insure your shipment for its full retail value.
All CLEARANCE or ON-SALE items may be returned as provided above for any in-stock item of equal or lesser value.
